Last couple questions for my CLS

OK I have my design for my CLS and just have a coupel more questions. My CLS will be run by a Gen x PCX40 external pump which does 1190GPH/1180GPH at 4'. The pictures of how it will be setup are below. My only question is how thick the PVC should be for the intake, the pipe before it "Ts" off into 2 returns, and the Piping after the "T" for the returns. Also if anyone knows the fittings for this pump could they post them so that it will help others decide what sizing woudl be good and also for my future planning on this CLS. Thanks so much
Paul

Does any one have a CLS with a 125? Especially ran over the back of the tank? If so please give me some advice on my setup or tell me how you have yours setup and if you like it? what you would do different.
Thanks
Paul

Everything looks good to me.

I'd go with either 3/4" or 1" PVC.

3/4 will give you greater velocity, which would be better for an SPS tank...but if you plan on having more LPS than SPS, I'd go with 1".

btw...make sure you have some way to prime it (ie. fill the intake tube with water, prior to turning on the pump.)

Looks good to me too.

As big as visually tolerable for your intake tube, at least 1".
