Larger tank buildoff Please read!
Would you be interested in participating in a larger tank build-off contest?
As you know we have been putting trying to put together a Nano build-off, and it was suggested we should do a class for larger setups as well. In this "open class" tanks from 30-55 gallons would be permitted, and the contest will run very much like the nano contest.
This poll is intended to gauge if there is interest in a second class of tanks, judged separately, that are aloud to have volumes from 30 to55 gallons.
Thanks!

Its a neat idea that might motivate me into a 4' tank. But the problem with a bigger one is that it is no sense a "throw away" tank. The set up is more expensive, with more "proper" equpiment. There's more space involved with the running of it, and afterwards you can't fold it into a main tank.
I'd love it though. 4' tank, T5 lighting, sump, watermovement. Oh yeah. Bring it!

Yeah, make it unlimited. That would be pretty cool. I may not be able to run with the big boys, but goin' nuts would be awesome.

I won't be able to build a big one for a while (working on a house), but I'd love to read how everyone else does it and get some ideas.

I have a 200 gal that will most likely have water in it by the first of the year. I won't be able to hang with some, but would be down for some friendly tank building.

Since most people seem to want to build a tank larger than 50G I am discussing the idea of making the size for this unlimited with the Mod's right now, be sure to put your 0.02 in

My 200 gal is going to be inline with my 60gal, so could we try and make it so the rules don't exclude me. I won't include the 60 gal in the competition, because it is already done.
