Large Pacific Northwest Meeting!
This 14 August 2004, the clubs in the Pacific Northwest are joining forces to put on a large social meeting. We are looking at bringing in guest speakers and having large coral auctions. There will be plenty of sleeping camping spaces for those wanting to stay the weekend. We will be also taking 100% advantage of the Columbia River and BBQ.
So if you are into talking about reef tanks,
love coral frag auctions,
guest speakers,
water skiing,
BBQ,
camping,
partying,
and basically having a good time, then this is the meeting for you.
There is no need for membership in any of the clubs in order to participate.
More details in the very near future.

hmm... I think I'd like to go, but... it'll prolly be a big doodfest, no? like 2 girls for every 600 guys... and like, those two are married to the rich guys with 400gallon tanks. *sigh* if only reefkeeping required the construction of an artificial sunny beach along with the MH-lighting... I bet more girls would be interested .
I'll go anyways, for the auctions if nothing else. Sounds pretty kewl.

It looks like at this point there will be 4 boats and a couple jet skiis.
We are working on the details of how much tent space, and spare bedrooms for those that do not wish to get hotel rooms.
At this point we have room for 10 tents.

Oh, we're going to be having some fun!! Have you ever noticed that the PNW reefers really know how to party??
And there are more lady reefers than you might think.
Beware the power of the BRW!

Sounds like something worth looking forward to
I've never been to a reef party. I assume we're not allowed to get the fish drunk?

So far it is personal property.
I have room for almost 8 tents on my grass and lots more on the rest of my 1.25 acre lot.
So far I think we have around 20+ confirmed. still have a few weeks to go.
