With a 400 gal tank the biggest hurdle may be feeding issues. Some are pretty finicky eaters. 400 seems huge but in the ocean scheme of things and large angels territories it's not all that big.
I would research the ones that interst you, find out their feeding habits and territorial issues, then try to find the ones you want at the large juvenile stage. Some can be really easily stressed when morphing. I think that way they will grow up together and establish a truce and individual domains, hopefully, FWIW
