Kudos to Drs. Foster and Smith!

The new monti I got yesterday didn't look to good today when I got home from work.

I called DRs Foster & Smith and told them how it had lost its polyps in the center and was all fluffy looking were it was dying off. They credited my account for the coral AND my shipping since it was the only item I had purchased!

He also suggested I frag some of the good part so I might be able to save it.

Kudo's to the DRs!

This was my first live order from anywhere. I was very impressed with the size of the frag and especially the customer service.

yes the size of the Dr's corals are fantastic..not those normal 1/2 inch frags or less we usually see in LFS commonly..along with extensive parasite check & acclimation process

just a comment...hope that dont sound too commercial..lol

Dr F&S rock. I ordered 5 buckets of salt once and one never made it and one had been opened somehow. They sent me two new buckets and said to keep the opened one and to keep the missing one if it ever arrived. Ended up getting 7 buckets for the price of 5.

Their customer service is second to none IMO

Well I am not real impressed so far, but it is probably not their fault. I ordered some Flat worm exit on 12/30 They said it shipped on 12/31 It arrived at a sort center 1103 pm Jan 2 in New Berlin WI Departed that sort center 341 pm Jan 3rd and is not sched to arrive to me until Jan 11th. But hey nearly 2 weeks to get a 1/2 oz box to Reno in this modern age is not bad I suppose. My LFS has been saying for nearly 2 months "check back next week and I will have it" Needless to say he ain't got it.

sometimes if you dont request a certain time frame..it can make a run around like that..normal for mail-order-products. as it says on TV..''allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, rush delivery available''

Funny, that has nothing to do with the place you ordered from.

Same here. One was lost and never made it but they sent me another bucket and that arrived. I think that Fed ex is screwing up more than they are. The fed ex guy didnt even bother to carry the bucket up to the door, he left it sit at the end of the driveway where I almost ran it over. I thought my roommate was playing a joke on me. I told the drs. about it and they posted my account with UPS only from now on.
