hello all
I was looking at my tank like I always do and I noticed a tiny little plant growing from out of one of my rocks. Well I always welcome new life that dose not take the form of aptisia or ich so I am letting it grow.

I cannot get a good pic but ill put it up anyway
what type of plant if at all possible
brown leaves with a yellow core
are there any bad plants (im sure there are )



BTW what is a good camera.. I have a crap 3.0 MP camera that wont take a clear shot to save its life.

No way to really tell without a good photo but can you describe this 'plant'? Could be any one of a zillion forms of algae or even invertebrate animal.

I've copied your post over into the photography section where the questions about cameras can get some good answers!

What kind of camera do you have? Many have gotten good results from even pocket cameras with lesser megapixels. Using a tripod and having good lighting are the keys.
