keyhole limpet snail

any one ever try one? is there something that would keep it from thriving in a reef tank, i think they are super cool and was wondering if anyone has had any luck with them.

They are great for eating hydroids. I have had them crop up in my seahorse tanks over the years and they've kept hydroid infestations in check.

Great addition to a tank! They eat algae too

Dont put them in with SPS or Montis sometimes the will hurt them.
Use caution when considering placing Limpet snails in reef aquariums that contain SPS corals as these snails have been known to sometimes graze on certain species of Acropora, Montipora and other similar species.

Good point, Casey. I've never kept them with SPS - no need. I've only kept them with seahorses and a few softies to keep hydroids in check.
