Katrina's Wrath
As you already know katrina delivered the gulf coast a mighty blow. Several people lost everything. Attached is a picture of what used to my my home on Daulphin Island. We were fortunate, we lost half of our island but had no loss of life. More than I can say for other areas of the coast
Please if you can, help those people who have lost everything and have nothing left. Please give to the red cross or the charity of your choice.
They need our help
Doug

Hi aquatic, I think a bright spot is that the 800 line to the red cross has been busy for the last two hours. I dont know how many calls it takes to do that, but Im guessing its many. Lets hope so.

The destruction down there is just unreal, Doug. The human suffering is almost unimaginable, especially over in NO where violence is compounding the agony of the survivors.
Incredible photo; I'm glad you weren't there.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts. Keep those who lost everything in your thoughts and prayers and please give to the relief effort if you can. Seeing the devistation first hand really puts things into perspective.
