kalk dripper, silicone?

i have made my own kalk dripper and i used white silicone to seal the gaps around the air line tubing where it intersects the bottle, it is normal water proof white silicone, is it non-toxic and safe to come in contact with my reef?

It might not be. Some silicones, designed for use in bathrooms and kitchens, have a mildewcide in them to prevent discoloring of the silicone. This material can be toxic to inhabitants of an aquarium. It'd seem that your application would not expose much of the material to the water, but you might consider gtting aquarium sealant instead (it's usually clear or black)
