juvenile angle, bout to colour change got clowdy eyes

hi my empereror angle has a cloudy eye , im treating the tank with sea chem cupramin will this clear up the problems, as all the white spot has compleatly gone from the system now not a trace but would like to know if the cupramin will get rid of the cloudy eye, will it or if not what should i used to get rid of it, please help cheers, ps for all the ppl who urge me to quarentine im running a FO tank now and with a nice bottle of cupramin to hand, all the other fish in the tank havent even the slitest in cloudy eyes, however i did notice the angle had fraid fins, possibly harrased by other fish in the shop as it did not have anywere to hide, however its eating fine, garlic extreem being used too and it seems fine too
