Just wondering?

How many of you have been bitten by one of your fish while working in one of your tanks?

I'm taking it you just were? hahaha

bitten? All the time!

Bitten to the point of bleeding? don't think ever.

some fish, like lion's, can pack a punch without even biting. They have venom in their spines, etc.

You want to elaborate more on your specific situation? Might be nothing. But then again, you might be in need of medical assistance.

I was bitten by my clown several times when I was cleaning the other day. No damage done just thought it would be interesting to ask.

I just spent too much time too close to his "anemone" (piece of big leafy algea).

My clowns don't attack, per sey, more like nip to see if I am food. They are very friendly and every time I try to catch a fish, they are always in the net....The rest scatter when I enter the deep blue....Oh, except for my cleaner shrimp, he jumps on to my hand and goes for the ride. I have all community fish in my tank, nothing venomous (foxface, lionfish, etc.), I stick with the safe ones, little kids in this house....

Being bitten by a fish is no biggie...but be VERY careful around that anemone.

You get stung, you'll be laid out for hours!

Hey, I remember the time when Tom was fragging some button polyps and he was stung. Part of his hand was numb and terrible headache came on as well.
