It isn't negative. Think about what you're doing. You're expecting/hoping a fish will refrain from doing what comes naturally. It's like putting a cow out in the middle of a green pasture and expecting it not to eat grass. I had a friend that decided her dog was a vegetarian. Her father put a tomato on the floor and a hamburger. Which do you think the dog ate?

Well all is well so far ...still two shrimp in the tank (no WONDER the cocktail sauce was unused)! My husband insisted he was in there because he "picked the braviest shrimp in the store" and he just found him hiding under a rock. The picture is of right after we put him in the tank and he got a few antennae ripped off! Now worries amy

I know...it was confusing. If you go back to the beginning, you will see that I said the hawkfish had gotten just a little bit of the shrimps front end, 2 of his antennae. But we thought for sure he had gotten the whole shrimp!

I have never had any problems with my flame and any cleaner shrimp in the tank. And I've had the flame for almost 8 years.
