I have heard of this being done to coral, with bad results for the buyer.

No Tim not start over but redo some things to make it work , I measured it all to begin with but then I added to it , to make it stronger and that is where the biggest problem is, The tank sits about 1 inch from the was and I added a support to the back and it pushes the canopy about an inch out the front of the tank , looks really bad. I am going to add the brackets to the inside and that will take care of that , and then the fans, I was going to put them in the 2 side but read up on Casey early tank that had them in the top and pulled the air in the back. But is cut the holes where the light sliders are going to mount , That’s not that bad I can fill them and cut new ones .

So does look like a workable set up?Or should I return all this stuff and start over?

Robert
you might want to have the flow going the other way. that way you can ball valve more pressure to the spraybars if you want. these generally need much more flow than a straight return hole. the way you have it now if you adjust the ball valve than you will be limiting the spraybar.

Okay, heres the third generation of plumbing just for this part of the CLS! Thanks Geoff, this one makes more sense to me. The main line in the feeding that middle "T" will be flexable PVC.
Take a look everyone and let me know of what you see.
Also is a pic of the spray bar. (havent drilled for the bulkheads yet) Gonna do two 1 1/2" bulkheads for the CLS intake.
Heres pics!

That will work better but what about the red handles will you see them looking at the front of the tank?
