I was just working on the sump design and had a thought. What about making slide out baffles? In my presnt sump its almost impossable to clean in between the baffles. If you used narrow strips of acrylic as built up keyways and cut the baffles just right, this would make it simple to do a real though cleaning of the sump. I think if you did it just right you wouldnt have much getting drawn through any gap.
What do you think?
