Just Curious
How many of you own an anemone? What type? And how many? I just want to see what everyone is having success with and what I should be getting next. I currently have a ritteri in my 30 gal for over a year now. I was going to go with a small BTA in my 10 gal but I am not sure yet.
Thanks,

I had a Condi and a Seabe, the Condi liked to eat clowns so I only had it for a few months, the Seabe started walking so I got rid of it too. Too many SPS in it's path

1 RBTA
2 LTAs
The RBTA has been in my tank for about 18 months.
Of the two LTAs, one has been in the tank for 2 years and suddenly has decided that it wants to move about once a month to the same piece of rubble as my Birdnest coral. This obviously is bad for both involved. The Birdnest gets slimes and the LTA gets all torn up.
The other LTA, I've had for about 3 months.

I'm the nut in the place(I take after my clowns ) I've got a small majano. It's nice, but it isn't doing well in its current digs, so I'm going to out it into my sump when I get that set up to try to make it happy again.

I have a Ritteri and I like it, but, it has ate about $200.00 worth of small fish.
One time I released a yeloow watchman into the tank, that scooted to hide under the anemone and it was dead by the time I tried to pry it from the grips of death. $28.00/ 28 min.

Sorry about the losses. Beautiful anemone though. How big is it? Mine is about 12 inches when fully open.

that sounds wild I have never heard of that before?? a two mouthed bta? when my bta's have split it takes about one day. Usually it goes like: go to bed with 1, wake up and there's 2!
