JBL to settle on cracked nano cubes

I had just heard a rumour that JBL is settling out of court one on one basis with their cracked 24 gallon nanos. I was curious if anyone here had heard anything about that or not. Before I give them a nice phone call would be good to hear how it went for others. I want my computer back that got 24 gallons of saltwater poured into....

I've not heard of a settlement either but they will replace my tank as soon as I send them a picture of the stress crack. I am waiting a little because the 2006 24g are made of thicker glass
