I guess the bad reports are true! I had hoped not! I just lost two of the four lights in my JBJ lighting fixture? I hope it’s just a switch! Since it has a six-month, warranty & I got it for Christmas! Looks like I get to take it apart tomorrow & see what’s up!

doug...try writing to them.. they may tell you it's the ballast and they will replace it. I had done that with several at the shop, before we stopped carring them ...lol

Clint, before you buy lights, let me know and I will tell you our experiences at the shop. I won't try to sell you them (yeah, right) but I will give you all the information I can about the ones you're interested in

Thanks if it is the ballast I will try that! I noticed that the newest ones do have a third fan to cool the ballasts! I guess that was another problem that they had! To bad I found out these problems after I bought it

Looks like you guessed it right! I by-passed the switch & it still don’t work!

I will try to write them & see!

If not I will start looking for a replacement ballast! In addition, I’m going to add a third fan (like their new units) to cool the ballast’s area.
