ive got cool stuff
o man did steven hook me up. i have two rocks with xenia all over them, red mushroom, green mushroom, a small rock with brown polyps. and a toad stool stump that he said might grow. o yea and some money calarpa. very nice guy.how would i put the toad stool finger.right now it is leaning up against a rock, i was hopeing it would attach and then stand up toward the lights on its own. Yes No.

In my experience the ones you dont want to attach to nearby rocks will while the others wont. I think they do it to make us mad

well doug you were right, it was not there this morning. so i put a tall shot glass over it.i don think it can go any were now. will this kill it and a mushroom till they attach.

never tried a shot glass, lots of people use a small bowl with rubble and netting to keep frags in till they glom onto something

guy at a LFS said i could use half a toothpic and wedge it into a rock then push toadstool stem onto it. is this true.

The toothpick should work. We have used them several times for attaching leather frags. We have also used fishing line or regular sewing thread and a needle to sew the frags to a rock.

Ya, that will work. You can also stick a toothpck thru the base and use a rubberband to hold it softly till it attaches
