It's Thursday, here's the coffee
Good mawnin', TRT!!
Wow! It's my turn to get the AM thread started. Off to Civitan in a minute, but now I can't find my Sunrise Civitan name tag.....now where did I put that before my vacation
We actually had some sunshine yesterday, so the community fireworks was on go. What a display this year!
I better get a move on before someone else starts a thread
Lots of love and hugs and peace to everyone.

Good Morning, Cath, Tim, Loverotties, Vince, Robert, & All!
Hot and muggy again today with some scattered t-storms; seems we're stuck in this weather pattern.
Good coffee, Cath; thanks!
Tim, sure hope the closing goes off without a hitch today. We'll be ready to celebrate with you when the deeds are signed!
Robert, good that your son will get to spend some time with his grandparents but I know you'll miss him. As both a parent and granparent myself, I know the feelings from both perspectives.
Had another big birthday celebration last night! It was grandaughter Victoria's 14th!! My son's band was playing on the deck at Calhoun's on the river in Knoxville so we gathered up for barbecue and birthday cake and she got to see her dad play! Saturday will be grandson Chance's 9th so we made it a combined party!
This is another of Chance's photographs. The doe looked like she was about ready to drop her fawn....probably has by now. I saw my first little spotted one on Sunday.
Have a Tremendous Thursday, everybody!

Fantastic, Jim!!!!! Isn't it great that you can actually 'see' your baby before she's born?

Congrats on the little girl, Jim!
i have almost convinced myself that i want to have another cub, but the funny thing is that for our first one we were 'careful' trying to not get pregnant, and its been 6 years since and we do nothing special to keep from getting pregnant and still no baby. i get a kick how such things work lol
Hubby is back in the hospital this morning. Had to take him to the ER last night cause his meds were not doing their job again. they had taken him off one of them over a week ago because it was causing a negative reaction, so he went through withdrawls from depakote, and though they upped a dose of another med it still wasn't keeping him on an even keel....so two days in a row spent in two different ERs and finally the doctors decide that they should probably admit him, get him a room and do the med mixing under their watchfull eyes.
So back to the baby thing, its probably a blessing of sorts that i don't have a bun in the oven at this time. Don't need to mix hubby's BiPolar and my own depression disorder WITH fluxing hormones from pregnancy....
Coffee's good this morning Cath!
I have some paperwork to fiddle with today, but i can't seem to get motivated...
Still steamy up here, not quite so hot, had some Tstorms roll through yesterday but thats it....

mornin' y'all,
Cath, thanks for the coffee.
Jim congrats on the new addition, it is something neat to be able to see (ultrasound). I had three girls with my first marriage (1 step and to mine), Got divorced and remarried with another GIRL!! The males were STILL outmumber in the house.
Dick, that boy is sure good with that camera; y'all make me miss being there. Used to go up to Cades COve about one a month to just sit. Not to mention all the backpacking .
Icebear, we'll be praying for your other half.
I'm getting jealous hearing about all this rain. I haven't seen any in 21 days!
HAPPY THURSDAY Y'ALL
Jonno

Morning all
One midnite to go, then long weekend, hope they decide to let everyone here at work be off for the holiday, instead of work, will make for a 4 day weekend for me, and still get holiday pay,and not have to work it (steel industry is slow now, and they are looking for any reason to save $$)
after work ,took my truck load of bedroom redo stuff to my cousin's dumpster(rather that then stick my garbage man with it all)
Plan on taking some frags to my LFS, cuz i need some supplies, and also need to thin the tank a lil too,,,
Will prob spent the rest of the day in the workshop, staining the 6 panel bifold closet doors, and let my wife sleep in the bedroom today,,
Got some much needed rain last nite, and still trying now to rain, not enuf, but i'll take it.
tomorrow after work it, gonna be taking the truck in for a trans flush, and fuel injector cleaning,,,priced new shocks, them installing vs. me buying them and putting them in myself,,will cost over $100 to have them install the same shocks,,,,go figger, i will be doing that job myself,,,$25+ labor per shock? no way, no how,,,,,
At 100,000 miles on the truck, it's about time i spend some $$ on work it needs,,noticed the shocks were getting a lil soggy,,so i will be happy with the new ride, and a clean fuel system,if it helps in even the lil of MPG , will help me in my case, drivin' 600+ miles a week,,,
Hope everyone has a great day!
