is this too much flow

hey all, in my 20 gallon (30x12x12) I have a mag 7 running my SCWD closed loop system. I have a green striped mushroom and a yellow polyp, the mushroom looks really good where it is located and it is really spread out. yesterday the yellow polyp was totally spread open and its stalks where stretched tall. Today, the yellow polyp is still really spread out, but not standing tall. I know they like moderate light and flow, and it looks like grass swaying in the wind, but should I find it more shelter from the current? Or, will it still do well, I will post pictures tonight.

Not too much flow overall, but second moving it to lower flow area if you want long stalks.
