Is this the right putty. **Pic**

I went to HD but they didn't have some stuff called Aquamend. They did hae this by Harvey's. Looks like the same stuff I get from the LFS. Is this stuff OK to use also? It shows underwater but I know its the chemicals that need to be reef safe.

I have used several different types of putty. Don't think I have used harvey's but I really think they are all the same.

Tony, i would say if it smells like other stuff you have used, then probably it is of the same chemical make up.
Don't have a real good answer other than that , sorry.

If it acts/smells like stuff you 've used in the past, i'd go for it IMO. (But that's just me)

Look, you can eat the stuff, it's non-toxic according to mfg. But oh, think of the constipation
I've heard some brands have metals in them.

I just read on the inside of the label. Didn't know it had directions on the inside. It actually says it can be used to plug leaks in a fish tank so I guess it must be ok to use. It also says good for use in potable water tanks. Thanks for the help guys.
