Is this green algae and worm good or bad?

Hi!

I got a little rock with some mushrooms from my LFS....and didn't think much of it, but there's some green algae growing on it...is this bad or good? is it going to take over my tank?

and there's a worm too...had to sneak up on it to take it's pic...it darts in its hole when you get close to it...is he a good worm or a bad worm?

and one more thing on a side note...the big mushroom on the rock seems to be unhappy on one side sort of like it's melting...think it will grow back?

Thanks for any help!

If you have a CUC in your tank they should make quick work of that algae.
