I've never had that fish, but it's probably a bruiser and would take out any snails/crabs/shrimp it could catch. Hence the "with caution."

I've seen them in the wild - usually more toward open water . BIG and I mean BIG fish. I would say best left to a FO tank and a very large one at that. but I could be mistaken.

and in the link here was the description of what caution means
A 125 gallon or larger aquarium with plenty of swimming room is required. The aquarium should contain live rock and hard corals (skeletons are acceptable). The Princess Parrotfish will eat algae off the corals and rocks, chewing on the hard corals to eat the animals within.

I've seen those down here on reefs, I'd think they would be similar (behavior-wise) to a big trigger in a tank

You will see them on reefs in the wild...

The main diet of parrot fisghis CORAL!!! SPS. Mostly ecrusting types like porities

Actually thay are a major producer of sand. It's their poop after eating coral...

Yeah, not a bad idea for a reef tank. I have seen them diving too. Both in Maui and in Cozumel (large range?). Anyhow, you can forget the budget for flake food. Go for the good stuff...acros, montis, digis...you will always have sand to sell when he's done! 8p

Um, yeah, no. IMHO a fish better left in the wild. I believe all reefers should get certified in diving. It will fully change your opinion on what you want to keep in your tank when you take in the vast world outside of air and think about how large these creatures get in the wild then imagine them in a 90g. 8/
