Is this a Percula or a 2-band Clown ?

Finally managed to get 2 mated pair of Percula Clowns locally after
exhausting all effort to get it export from US to Singapore.

1st pair as described in Invoice is Black Percula - USD 15 per pair
2nd pair described in Invoice is Red Sea Clown (Bicinctus or 2 band clown) - USD 60 !
See attached image.
Look more like Percula than 2-band clown.
The pair is expensive because of the unique pattern as claimed by the wholesaler.
Is he right ? Is USD 60 too expensive for this pair ?
