Internal Overflow question

So I am looking at drilling my tank, and I was curious about where I should put my internal overflow. Here is a pic of my tank. Since there is a glass support across the top, I was thinking that the middle would be a bad spot if I had to go inside the overflow and make some changes or cleaning, or ....
So that leaves a corner overflow, so what do you guys think about that?

My 90 is drilled in the top left (as you look at the tank from the front). My return comes back from the sump on the right. Works out well. One word of caution, make sure that your tank glass is not tempered before you drill. If it is, you won't be able to drill that tank. Should say on the label on the front side.

Will you be drilling the back or bottom of the tank? Usually the bottom is tempered but the back is not.

I will be drilling the back of the tank because the bottom is temmperred (sp)
So putting the overflow in the corner will not be a problem then

what size tank is that? putting it in that corner looks good to me. i put one in each corner of our 75g. no real reason than just to be safe.

the tank is a 60 gallon, it is 48 long. I am still debating whether or not I want to drill the tank or not. There is a glass store near me that does glass cutting, so I will see what they charge to do it. Also do you know where I can purchase black sheets of acrylic? Or is there a certain paint that is reef safe?
