internal fan

I just realized my pod only has one internal fan but there are two vents. Can I add another fan in the extra vent or is the other one supposed to be empty for a reason?

i think it would be ok but you need to make one blow in and the other blow out.

I thought they only went in one way. Would I just flip one over? The one that is on there blows out and it sounds funny sometimes which is what got me looking at it, so I'll probably replace it too.

Yeah they go the one way. You just flip the fan to make the other blow in.

What do you mean by funny noises? Are the screws tight on the other fan and is there something like little rubber pieces to absorb the vibration of the fan? Also how dirty is the fan try cleaning it and see what it does before you replace it.

It's not dirty. Will check the screws tomarrow. Every once in a while It sounds like its dragging or something. I can push on the hood or move it and it stops. Probly something loose.

If you find nothing loose it is bent or tweaked........you say when you move it the noise stops sometimes......figure out what direction or what is moving when you do that and tweak it back....should be easy to fix......
