Installed Arcadia OverTank Luminaire...cycle?

We just received an Arcadia OverTank Luminaire T8 3-bulb light.
Two are white Aracadia marine tubes & the middle is a blue Actinic Arcadia marine tube.
We have 60 lbs of LR, 40 lbs of "Live" sand, 2 clowns, 2 "Pepe's", 1 Goby (named Spot), button polyp colony, 2 small striped mushroom corals, plus hermits/turbos.
What cycle should we use for our set-up?
...leave ALL three on 12 hrs?
...turn of the two whites at 12 hrs, and leave the blue on 24/7?
...turn on the two whites ONLY for 12 hrs & then turn on the Actinic ONLY at night till dawn?

what i would do is turn the actinic on an hour before the whites. i would then turn the actinic off an hour after the whites. i would have the whites on a max of 12hrs. the critters need a night time.

All depending on what type of tank you will be wanting - you might need to upgrade your lights later on. For FOWLR and lowl ight corals you are OK.
