In the wall
I have a 200 gallon glass tank and I am going to put it in a wall. The face of the tank will be flush in the living room and the back 99% along with all the equipment will be in the office behind. Does anyone have pics of how they finished / trimmed the show side of their tank in a wall. I need ideas. And my wife wants an idea of what it may look like when I am finished

Mine is not in the wall, but here's a link to one of the best I've seen, Michael Moyes: http://www.moyesreef.com/home.phpAnd a pic of his room:

I'd put a piece of lexan in front to protect it.

I'd do that if I was installing it in the public library where lots of little kids would be tapping on it with their pens, but at home.....?

xtopher... instead of adding it as an attachment, use the (img) tag, (it is the one that looks like a little pic of mountains or pyramids), and copy the URL of the pic's location in.

yikes, how did it burn?! sorry man!
- to get the images right in the reply, do as above instructred. You just need to have a place to host your pictures. I use www.flickr.com. Once you have the pictures hosted on the net somewhere, right click them and go to properties. Then copy the URL address and paste it into the post using the picture icon on the posting window.

I always wondered what that was for.
I use photobucket.com and post the pics there. Then, they have an .img tag that you just have to copy at the bottom of the pic and paste it to your reply.
