Idiot Proof Skimmer

What is the easiest skimmer to use? I see statements like "self leveling", does that mean easy ?

I was thinking out the Berlin Turbo? maybe?

It's for a 120, but I keep it stocked like a 55.

I can't say enough great things about my ETSS evolution 500 skimmer. It seems to be 100x more efficient than my berlin(which died and went to skimmer heaven).

If you truly want an idiot-friendly skimmer that is high performance, then I would get a Euroreef. The only thing to adjust is the height of the water inside the skimmer, by sliding the output tube up and down. This thing has pulled out more gunk in 2 weeks that my reef devil did in 2 months. They seem expensive at first, but they include a pump with a lifetime waranty.

For a 120, the CS6-1 would be a great choice. Jeff's Exotic fish has it for $269, which includes the aspirating pump. I pulled mine out of the box, placed it in my sump and had it running in 10 minutes. The only drawback is that they require a lot of room in your sump. HTH.
