identification please

OK I am about 2 weeks into my first saltwater setup and there are oh so many interesting things going on with my live rock. I'm finding different little critters and I was wondering if someone could ID them for me. I would have taken pics but they are so small.

1. There is a small anemone looking thing poking out of a hole in my lr. It has about 5 tentacles and they are white with black bands all the way down them. The wierd thing about it is this little creature dissapears at different times of the day and it has nothing to do with my lights being on or off. Is this aptasia or whatever? Because from the discription I got aptasia doesn't have black bands down it.

2. I have a decently sized snail with a purple shell. He only comes out at night. There is probably no way for anyone to ID this one with out a picture I guess.

3. White bugs on my rock. Little tiny things. What are they called again? And from what I remember aren't they good guys?

1. don't know

2. is the shell fairly flat, more like a spoon and the snail is way to big to get completly inside? Those are fairly common and do a real number on alage. I have tons of them and they come in several colors.

3. sounds like pods or shrimp. good to have.
