Looks like the start of an aptasia.

the first long thingy is a worm i belive , i have them too. the y stick out that piece to catch food in the water..

not sure about the second

the one by the snail looks like aptasia and the other a worm of some type .

i agree looks like maybe a bristle worm(i don't beleive they are harmful to your tank) second aptasia i believe , you will want to get a handle on these before they take over. search the archives for a good solution, but whatever you do don't pull them apart in your water, they will spread quickly!! good luck

Yes that looks like an aiptasia in the second pic. The easiest way to get rid of them is to get some Joe's Juice. It is readily available online (like 6.99 from bigalsonline.com) and if it turns into a big problem it will work on many at a time. It is really cool to watch the anenomes burn away in like 5 seconds, and it doesn't harm anything else that may be in the tank.

First pic is a mini brittle star; I had quite a few till my wrasse ate most of them, completely harmless. 2nd is an aip.
