ID please, tiny creatures in tank

I noticed some of the bugs and tiny creatures living on my LR, most I know are "pods" but there are some that look like upside down jellyfish with no tenticles? They are very small and pulsate all the time.

They look like a flower/jellyfish. Sorry no pic but I figured these were common and I just dont know the name.

Also they are on top of my substrate and move around. One was even getting a ride from a crab.

If anything just give me names of organisms that live in tanks. Its not a worm, a pod (that I know of), or Aiptasia....so any other suggestions would help.

how old is the tank again?

if this is new LR than it really could be anything, including larval jellyfish.

Could possibly be hydroids.

It was jellyfish, but I think they're gone, I might have sucked them up during the last WC....ooops!

They were cool too. Oh well thanks for all the help!
