If you are talking about the red things in the middle I would maybe say turnicates. Although they almost look too thin. Hard to say. Maybe someone else will have a better idea of what you've got there. Good pic at least.

Depending on the scale of what we're looking at, if the tube on the lower right is hard, it might be a vermited worm.
They will sometimes poke their head out a little, while they use their mucus nets to catch things to eat...sound lovely, don't they?
