Ich spots on my Hippo Tang!!!

Mi juvy (4 inchs) hippo tang finally caught ich. He has been with me for awhile now in our 110 reef. Only other fish are a scooter blenny and copperbanded butterfly. He is still very active and eats like no other from brine to mysis to vegie to bubbles () I have started adding garlic and even Vite-chem to his portionings. I cant QT the little guy because I will never catch him!!! I do have 1 cleaner shrimp for added support.

Any suggestions? Or do I just wait it out and not freak out? I know this fish in general is easily prone but I have had him for a long time and nothing like this.. im just worried the parasite will spread. He currently has 4 "ich spots"

maybe try food in a net and leave it in the tank, then when you go to feed the next time ,have the food in the net again but hold it this time and catch him that way.

I would also reccommend getting a skunk cleaner shrimp. they will help clean the ick off the tangs in general.
