None that i know of that work, or are truly safe in a reef.

Have you got a sick tank setup? have you looked into hyposalinity?

I got this in my tank a bit ago. The only way to really kick it was to let the fish swim around in a wallymart quarantine setup and let the tank lay fallow for a month.

The ich is not contained in your fish and is some sort of cootie that your tank will keep going for a few. For treating this in tank I don't think anything will work.

The good news for us is that we got a 29g setup out of the deal. A few fish died though, and ich is just the suck.

hmm... well in my 20g the green clown goby got spotty. A few days later I saw a few spots on one horse. I had to wait until monday and called the lfs where I got my horses and I asked them since the two ladies that work there (mom and daughter) both have seahorse tanks at home. They recommended Kick Ich as they use it. On the front label it says:

"REEF SAFE! NO COPPER!"
"Kick-Ich, for treatment of freshwater and marine ich. Safe for all fish, corals and invertebrates.".

the back label reads:

"Kick-Ich
biodegradable
safe for nitrosomonas, nitrobacter and other bacteria essential to filtration.
Easy dose bottle" (and it is easy!).

Active ingredients: 5-nitroimidazoles

There are only three proven methods to break the ich parasite and Kick Ich is not one of them. This article should help.
