ich help

Hi,

Suddenly, some of my fish have gotten white spots. I think this may have to due with the stress related to adding the new flame angle, and I think the angel might be starting to get ich also.
However, the fish are acting normally, swimming around and alert, and still eating like pigs.
The water quality is high, all 0's across the board, and the fish are all on good diets.
I would hate to disturb the tank to capture the fish for quarantined treatment, so is there any way to cure the ich fish in the reef tank.
I thought of cleaner shrimp, medicated food, are these effective and is there any other options?
.
Thanks for any input.

I think the only sure fire way is to remove all the fish and treat for 8 weeks or something like that - If it's not a horrible outbreak maybe try treating there food with garlic and selcon and hope they fight it off
