IceCap Electronic MH HQI Ballast or Lumatek Digital Ballast

I am looking at replacing my old MH ballast. The two major contenders I am looking at are:

IceCap 250 Watt Electronic Metal Halide/ HQI Ballast

&

Lumatek 250W/120V Digital Ballast

Any help deciding between the two would be much appreciated.
