I need some answers on digital video uploading
Hi again, I had nothing new to report up till now for if anyone remembers I was still on a wait list to when Jeff could finish up my tanks because I as well been waiting for the 40 breeder tank which to QT the fish before housing in the reef tanks and after the corals and so.
I am thinking that for some other site that I could add some serious digital movies that also allow still photos and now im thinking I may not get that camera for if later when and if I might be able to start a personal site, something as the digital camcorder would be a huge plus.
But if I be able to upload something's on video when something is really nice, I would need to know then how I do this for this will be a new deal for me for I do know that when I record the video that I then would download it to my computer.
So I would need some type of answer if video is wanted here and file size and anything else one could tell me about it. For I still as well need to buy a third lens for I already have the lens that I would need to take some real up close pictures, a 100MM macro lens.
As far I know, Jeff is supposed to be putting in that 40 tomorrow (Wednesday) and if he finally do this, it would then not be to long then before I would be starting to stock with corals and fish.
This has been a long time in coming for these tanks the way they are now had been on my mind and planning for more then four years.

for videos most people link to it from another host.
if you have space for a personal site, you could host there and link to here no problem.

That link you can upload 1 video at a time.
But like Geoff said i think it is easier to host the video on another site. You can email me the video and i can put it up on my site for a little while. TA1985@gmail.com

G. That is what I heard that I would need to host it and as long as I keep that file in my folders it would always show for if I was to ever delete it, it causes the link to break.
I do have the thought to start some personal site of my own and nothing as a forum for there are too many headaches in some forum sites but rather how and what I do with my tanks and dates when buying the coral or fish and later on updates on all aquarium species.
Tim, I no problem with photos, I am only thought to if it be a problem for up loading video items for later I will post the digital camcorder I will be getting for it allows for both functions, video and still photos. And this video camera I plan to get in about six weeks or seven.
BG, I will need some help when I start videoing items and when I get home I will place your email on file to send you things to help me get started off.
For even im looking to video my eels for one big problem there is, I need to do a remote control switch for it is very difficult to hold the camera in one hand while you have the feeding spear in the other.

If you are looking a setting up your own site, I can host it for you at a small fee. You just need tou get your own Domain name registered. Send me an email or a PM if you are interested, we can talk about it.
In fact that offer goes out to everyone. If anyone wants to setup their own site, I can give you a pretty good deal.

Sorry G, I not understand what this blog is
BGJ223, Not right away will I try a personal site for yes, I would require some type of help if not a lot in doing that but also I be waiting until the reef tanks move a long before completed in stocking for like somewhere about 3/4 the way and by that time I have loads of images and videos.
I was going to ask my son-in-law in starting of my own site but his site is for his practice for his a lawyer and what I be looking to do be much different.
BGJ223, Is your Internet provider AOL?
For as of right now, I only the eel tanks with a pair of eels in both and these twin eel tanks as I came to call them are a 70 and 130 gal tanks that run off from one sump. The worst part is my typing, for like writing on paper I can explain myself so much better to whereas on the key board im mostly all thumbs. You see, I only been in some forum sites for I think less then 6.5 to 7 years but have been in the hobby since the late part of the 1940`s.
If I mention this already, excuse me sometimes for it for I do forget something's but the two reef tanks I have are a 180 and 240 gal tanks.
SO in time I would be very interested in a joint site as well, you already know much in it to what it be I would like to do and this will not be inside of the next few month for not forget, I have two large reef tanks to stock at the same time.
