How long has it been since they were fragged? Mine attached to a piece of rock within about 3-5 days and have continued to grow since then. They are probably OK, pretty hardy little suckers. Also, when retracted, do they feel slimy or dry to the touch? I thought mine was a Colt but after doing some more reading I learned that if it is dry to the touch when retracted it is actually a Kenya Tree.

First day after being fragged and tied to a rock with fishing line (retracted, not so happy)

Now, about 1 month later (growing new branches and looking happier)

If it's only a day old, I'm not surprised it's limp looking. Give it at least a week until you start worrying. It just had it's arm cut off!

Do you have a pic by any chance? All the pics you usually find on the web are grown out and look much different than the frags. I'd love to see the difference between a Colt and a Kenya at this early stage so I'll be able to ID them better in the future.
