I need help

Ok first off thank's for stoping in to view this post.Here is my problem.I bought a nano style tank about a month ago for $100 I figured not bad since I was able to keep all the rock and frags even got the water.My problem is the owner wasn't quite sure what brand it was.So this is my problem I have no fan source to my tank 1 of the 2 snow fans went outand the other isn't getting power.I also on my balast it has 2 swithes 1 of the swithces turns bolth of my lights on the other runs to my light system even under the reflector.So my question is this what should I do about the cooling fans?Also has anybody heard of that problem with the light balast and 2 lights on 1 switch?OOOh and the 3rd and last question.The top of the hood has 3 trade mark looking waves if you have heard or seen a tank that has that or looks close let me know.The waves go form big to small,small being at the bottom.Any help would be great.

Hmmmmmmmm isnt there some kind of sticker somewhere that tells what watt lights it uses and stuff like that? Or if you can post a pic of it, that would probably help

I will try and get picks but no there are no stickers.Looks like a older jbj but i dont know if theyhave a old trade mark wave on the lid.

The wave trademark is Current USA. You may have an Aquapod. The replacement fans can be ordered, they commonly fail on those tanks.

Can you post a pic of the hood? Bottom and back so I can see the lights and connections.

I will try and get picks up.I have 16" pc lights when I took the black cover off for the fan system the fan switch was rusted and coroded.So I'm thinking of hard wiring it to the lights power so it gos on and off with the lights.

my fan on my aquapod is always messing up just takes a good hit to get back to normal.

Put the lights on a timer .I'm not sure what snow fans are,but check conectons and wires to reg fan in canopy and if all is OK just try to find one that will fit in it's place.
