I am not a big fan of Power Compact lighting but it's hard to beat on smaller tanks. The one you linked to looks like it ought to work but I personally would be leary of it setting right on the tank light a traditional hood , at the very least i would try to suspend it or use some kind of spacer to raise it a couple inches.
Or you looking for something like that or is a canopy in the works. With a canopy you could add a cheaper retro kit and probably add a second later when moneys available.
130 watts of PC on a 29g would do nicely for LPS and
soft corals, my original 29 had 80w NO light. 260w should really make it Kick
