i need a sump !!

IF you know by now or not ...

I need a 30 or 40 gallon sump tank and I need two bulkheads drilled into it

a 1 inch for external pump to return water

and a weird 1 1/2 or 2 inch not sure yet for the protein skimmer also external

Can I do this and not spend hundreds..

Appreciate any ideas your brilliant minds come up with
