Great looking tank and stand!

Far out, Ryan! That is exciting. This could turn out to be a great project for all of us.
Oh, and about that pic in the middle...all that guy needs is a smile, but, hey, after moving that huge tank in 100+ weather, a un-smilie look is justified

Nice! My LFS just put a 300gal display tank up front and I covet it everytime I go in there. PLEASE keep us up to date as you build it. Looks like a lot of fun ahead for you.

I'm sure the big guy will have to get scuba certified. Stocking options are still open... I am pretty sure i can keep a tang now ... I might actually start as a shark tank and move to doing coral too. My LR stacking plan should accomidate both in the end.
Right now i need to pay a friend back the money he loaned me before i buy anything else. the tank needs new bulkheads all the way around so that makes 5 x 2", and 10 x 1" bulkheads for the tank alone. then i need to plumb and setup the sump(s) with 3" bulkheads, build a Durso standpipe and plan the CLS. I will be doing BB so i might actually plug up some of the bottom CLS holes but that is still up for debate. I also need to buy a skimmer and additional pumps. I currently have a few gen-x submersables and a pcx 40. I bought a barracuda Reeflo at 4000gph so that outta help things out a bit .

Heres the bulkhead sizes Ryan (i forgot to let you know)
closed loop outputs = 10 x 3/4
Closed loop intakes = 3 x 1.5"
overflow = 2"
sump = 1 x 3" + 1 x 2"
