i have a pagoda coral i would like to frag. L tooks like this:

I coudlnt find anything online so any info would be great

use a pair of wire cutters and take a chunk or two out of the side, but be aware that this is a relatively slow growing coral, and will take a while to look normal again. You may want to paint the wound with some dilute iodine solution or perform a pre- and Post- cut dip. Check out Anthony Calfo'sbook, he has some stuff on large coral divisions like the Turbinaria spp.
