i can,t take it any more, setting up my 75


well after spending the last 6 months or so looking for a house with no luck, we decided to stay where we are for now so i decided to set up my 75. so i spent the entire day setting it, up here are a couple of pictures.
no water yet i have the RODI runninig as i type this so i should have enough water in a day or so.

One suggestion, is there any way you can get the flow deflectors under the braces? So they dont mess with your light?

not with out cutting into the overflow, but this is only a 4 bulb set up so the pvc is behind were the last bulb is set up at.

Ohh, okay. Sweet. I was just thinking it would cut out light. Looks like a solid build though. Which reef octopus is that?

i thought about that to but after i got the canopy on it actualy sits about three inches behind the lights.

How good are the hydor flo deflectors.... do they works as advertised? make a big difference?

not sure i'm still making water but i did fill the sump to check if my pump would have enough pressure to operate the deflectors they did work even though my pump is not big enough to handle them so now i'm looking for a new pump.

Ehiem. Im using the 1260, and I LOVE it. That should be enough. I use it for a bunch of things. I pump water from my garage to my tank.....30ish feet away. Works great, it should have enough head to push those.

Im not familiar with the external pumps. Ive never had a tank big enough to need one. That looks solid though. Ive never heard any bad about the panworld series pumps. That would blast water through those hydors.
