Hydor FLO Rotating Water Deflector

How good are these things and will they help get flow around the tank. I have a Aqua Clear 30 power head. Just wondering if i should get this for it. It would be in a ten gallon tank

Awesome. I use one in my 10 gallon observation tank. Makes the coral happy with alternating flow while they are being interrogated and I run the background check. $15 well spent.

For the money they are pretty good. They will not give you a true wave action, but they do offer much more random and natural flow. I have used them on numerous setups. They do have to be cleaned from time to time and they only seem to have a "lifespan" of about 18mos to maybe 2 years...but again at the price that's not too bad.
