Hurricane Prefilter/Overflow box

I just had a great online ordering experience with Hurricanefilters.com. Last week I ordered an overflow box and when it arrived the box that sits inside the tank was damaged. I contacted Hurricanefilters and a gentleman by the name of Mark Larson responded by saying that they would ship one out first thing this past Monday morning. I just received the item this afternoon and it was in excellent condition. That's great customer service.

never seen those overflow boxes, nice design to try to keep them quiet but make I would lose the sponge. Unless u are going to be cleaning them a couple times a week, they will start collecting detrius and other garbage that u wouldnt want in the water column
