Evening all
Back a few hrs ago from my time helping out my buddy getting ready a area at a mutual friend's farm , for a upcoming Boy Scout outing. Zero turn mower,pickup truck, a backhoe w/ loader bucket along with mucho tools, some gas powered
.Spent about 5 hrs down on the farm, all three of us marveled at now much stuff we got done: mowed the grass a field of corn and full-on forest, trimmed the growth as not to hinder vehicle's access. Cleared a large area right at the Iroquois River's banks for the camp site , offloaded and spread out a truckload of mulch for ground zero also. Was nice to get out and help someone, and was much more enjoyable(and productive)than if i had not gone and stayed home to tend to things around this compound.
Now i get to wake up tomorrow and wait til it's time to go to work, since i start my 3-11 shifts

Gotta get up early and go pick up Brady, dump run, load the pickup with wood and bring it back, then later I might get ambitious and do some work
So I cut down a few saplings.
