How to wire older Icecap MH ballasts

I just bought some older MH Icecaps with no wiring harnesses, And was wondering if anyone out there knows which pins do what?
I've been through Icecaps website but they just give you info for ballasts with built in harnesses
As far as I know any older MH Icecap all use the same harness.

Thanks for the instruction sheet but I don't have a wiring harness what I need is a pin out decsription of the plug on the ballast, so i can make my own harness

Just curious, could you take a pic of the ballast and post it for me? Also, the exact dimensions of the ballast itself...

Does the ballast have a serial number or part number and revision letter on it?
