How To Sell Tank

I have a reef aquarium I would like to sell - does anyone have any suggestions on where to start? I had put an ad in our city paper and only got ONE call on it from someone who only wanted to buy the lights.

Any help appreciated. I need to sell this one before I can get anything new (space and $).

Thanks.

If you have a local reef club, I would start there. You can also, put it up for sale on EBay, stating local buyer only, no shipping. Hope that helps...

Ebay and here at Reeftank.com

Put it on EBAY and state that it must be picked up (no shipping.) There are lots of them on EBAY in different cities.

Also there are classifeds in this forum that are for the various reef clubs. Put it in the one for your area.

Anyway - my 2 cents =)

Try the "For Sale" page on this board. I haven't sold any livestock but quite a few pieces of equipment. If you can't sell the whole thing at once, you may have to sell the livestock to the LFS and piece out the equipment.

Are you in WBL, MN? If so, try posting in the TCMAS section here.
